Carrie and Our Community
Originally born and raised in Woodinville, Carrie attended high school overseas in Singapore before coming back to her home town to attend the University of Washington and obtained a B.S. in Psychology.
After the purchase of her first home in Lynnwood, Carrie realized her love for Real Estate transactions and made the decision to forego graduate school to obtain her real estate license in 2002.
When she is not helping home buyers and sellers, Carrie enjoys spending time with her son, Hayden, her husband, Rob, and their two Beagles, Maggie and Oscar.
Carrie volunteers at the local YMCA participating in fun youth and teen activities.
She supports local food banks and participates in Prudential Northwest's annual Global Volunteer Day.
Carrie Foley has achieved Million Dollar Producer status two years running.
Carrie produces results - her marketing strategy results in sellers obtaining acceptable offers on their properties in an average on only 24 days on the market!
She participates in nearly 200 transactions a year! Her vast array of experience allows her to provide quality, knowledgeable service to all of her clients.
Carrie is backed up by a support team of Real Estate professionals that assist her in ensuring a smooth and successful Real Estate transaction for all of her buyers and sellers.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.

Code of Ethics
